Common use of Additional Restitution Amount Clause in Contracts

Additional Restitution Amount. Pursuant to the schedule set forth below and subject to the reduction specified in subsection X.B below, Xxxxxxx shall pay an Additional Restitution Amount to the Settling States listed in Exhibit N.
