Additional Restricted Matters. The provisions of Sections 4 through 9 shall survive any termination of your employment. The restricted period of time in Sections 5 and 6 will be tolled during any periods of your non-compliance. If a final judicial determination is made by a court of competent jurisdiction that the time or territory or any other restriction contained in this Agreement is unenforceable, such provisions shall not be rendered void but shall be deemed amended to apply as to such maximum time and territory and to such maximum extent as such court may determine to be enforceable.
