Common use of Additional Rights of Holders of Transfer Restricted Securities Clause in Contracts

Additional Rights of Holders of Transfer Restricted Securities. In addition to the rights provided to Holders of Notes under the Indenture, Holders of Transfer Restricted Securities will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement dated as of April 13, 2006, between the Company and the parties named on the signature pages thereof, or, with respect to any Additional Notes, Holders of Transfer Restricted Securities will have all the rights set forth in one or more registration rights agreements between the Company and the other parties thereto, relating to rights given by the Company to the purchasers of Additional Notes (collectively, the “Registration Rights Agreement”).
