Common use of ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF HOLDERS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF HOLDERS. In addition to the rights provided to Holders under the Indenture, Holders of Restricted Global Notes and Restricted Definitive Notes will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement dated as of May 12, 2015, among the Company, the Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers named therein.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF HOLDERS. In addition to the rights provided to Holders under the Indenture, Holders of Restricted Global Notes and Restricted Definitive Notes will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement dated as of May 1214, 20152014, among the CompanyIssuers, the Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers named therein.

In addition to the rights provided to Holders of Notes under the Indenture, Holders of Restricted this Regulation S Temporary Global Notes and Restricted Definitive Notes Note will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement dated as of May 12August 20, 20152012, among the CompanyIssuer, the Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers other parties named thereinon the signature pages thereof (the “Registration Rights Agreement”).

In addition to the rights provided to Holders of Notes under the Indenture, Holders of Restricted this Regulation S Temporary Global Notes and Restricted Definitive Notes Note will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement dated as of May 12March 26, 20152004, among the CompanyIssuers, the Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers other parties named thereinon the signature pages thereof (the “Registration Rights Agreement”).

In addition to the rights provided to Holders under the Indenture, Holders of Restricted Global Notes and Restricted Definitive Notes will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement to be dated as of May 12, 2015the Issue Date, among the Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers initial purchasers named therein.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF HOLDERS. In addition to the rights provided to Holders under the Indenture, Holders of Restricted Global Notes and Restricted Definitive Notes will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement dated as of May 12September 29, 20152014, among the CompanyIssuers, the Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers named therein.

ADDITIONAL RIGHTS OF HOLDERS. In addition to the rights provided to Holders of Notes under the Indenture, Holders of Restricted this Global Notes and Restricted Definitive Notes Note will have all the rights set forth in the Registration Rights Agreement dated as of May 1221, 2015, 2014 among the Company, the Guarantors and the Initial Purchasers other parties named thereinon the signature pages thereof (the “Registration Rights Agreement”).
