Additional Rules. For purposes of determining the amount of the Tax Reimbursement Payment, the Executive shall be deemed to pay: (A) Federal income taxes at the highest applicable marginal rate of Federal income taxation for the calendar year in which the Tax Reimbursement Payment is to be made, and (B) any applicable state and local income and other taxes at the highest applicable marginal rate of taxation for the calendar year in which the Tax Reimbursement Payment is to be made, net of the maximum reduction in Federal incomes taxes which could be obtained from the deduction of such state or local taxes if paid in such year.
Additional Rules. An Excess Amount or suspense account described in Part 2 of Article III does not share in the allocation of net income, gain or loss described in this Section 9.11. If the Employer maintains its Plan under a Code Section 401(k) Adoption Agreement, the Employer may specify in its Adoption Agreement alternate valuation provisions authorized by that Adoption Agreement. Additional Rules. We have the right to make reasonable changes to the animal rules from time to time if we distribute a written copy of any changes to every resident who is allowed to have animals.

Additional Rules. This grievance procedure shall be subject to the following additional rules:
(a) The time limitations herein specified may be extended only by written consent of the grievant and the department head. In the absence of such time extension, failure by a grievant to present the grievance or to appeal a decision within the time limits prescribed shall be deemed a resolution of the grievance. Failure of the management representative to meet with the employee or render a decision within the time limits herein specified shall justify appeal to the next step in the grievance procedure.
(b) An employee shall include all current grievances in one grievance. To the degree practicable, grievances shall not be duplicated. If several employees in a single department wish to present grievances which are the same or substantially similar, those grievances shall be joined into one.
(c) All meeting and hearings under this procedure shall be conducted in confidential and private sessions in order to protect the confidentiality of the matters under review.
(d) Any dispute or question as to whether a particular complaint or grievance by an employee is covered under this procedure shall not be subject to determination by the Grievance Appeals Committee.
Additional Rules. Xxxx Xxxxx xxx adopt Additional Rules and Regulations for a specific Event, as deemed appropriate by Xxxx Xxxxx in its sole discretion.
