Additional Rules and Regulations. Sitting on the front stoop, or in the parking lot, playing of music, TV’s, or loud noise of any kind inside or outside of unit loud enough to disturb other tenants shall not be permitted at any time.

Where the amendment would result in increased fees or charges, increased liability for you, or stricter limitations on the frequency or dollar amount of Card or ACH Transaction capabilities. Stifel will mail such amendments to you at least twenty-one (21) days prior to their effective date. In the event you do not agree with any changes made to this Agree- ment by Stifel, you may terminate your Securities Account, but you remain liable for all money due Stifel in your Securities Account or debits resulting from your Card, ACH Transactions, or otherwise. Failure to terminate your Securities Account shall be deemed ac- ceptance of any amendments to this Agreement.

The Landlord reserves the right to make such other and further reasonable rules and regulations as in its judgment may from time to time be needed for the safety, care and cleanliness of the Premises, and for the preservation of good order therein, and any such other or further rules and regulations shall be binding upon the parties thereto with the same force and effect as if they had been inserted herein at the time of the execution hereof.

NOTE: For Premises under the control of FIU Housing, the Housing Addendum attached as Exhibit “E” shall be considered, for purposes herein, the Additional Rules & Regulations as it relates to FIU Housing.
Additional Rules and Regulations. SBC-AMERITECH will be responsible for notifying CLEC of any significant outages of SBC-AMERITECH’s equipment which could impact any of the services offered by CLEC, and provide estimated clearing time for restoration.
Additional Rules and Regulations. 1. Any full-time or part-time employee of the City, except those classified as management employees, is eligible for full consideration under the Suggestion Awards Program.

If it is apparent a determination of application cannot be made within 30 calendar days, the suggester will be notified by memo. All pending suggestions will be reviewed by executive staff on a quarterly basis.
