Common use of Additional Rules of Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Additional Rules of Interpretation. (i) The words “include,” “includes” and “including” as used in this Agreement shall be deemed to be followed by the phrase “without limitation” and shall not be construed to mean that the examples given are an exclusive list of the topics covered. (ii) The headings as to contents of particular sections of this Agreement are inserted for convenience and shall not be construed as part of the Agreement or as a limitation on the scope of any terms or provisions of this Agreement.
