Oracle and Supplier will review any supplemental measures, which may be required based on applicable European Data Protection Law for the transfer of Personal Information to countries that do not offer an adequate level of protection. Oracle and Supplier will work together in good faith to find a mutually acceptable resolution to address such request, including but not limited to reviewing technical documentation for the Services, and discussing additional available technical safeguards and security services.
