Common use of ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS. The parties agree that other School District schools may be added and become Partnership Schools subject to this Agreement upon the request of the School District, and with MDE’s approval. At the time any additional schools become subject to this Agreement the timeframes and deadlines which apply to the original Partnership Schools shall apply prospectively to the added schools as if this Agreement had become effective on the date they are added.

ADDITIONAL SCHOOLS. The parties agree that other School District schools may be added to this Agreement and shall become Partnership Schools subject to this Agreement upon the written request of the School District, and with MDE’s approval. At the time any additional partnership schools become subject to this Agreement pursuant to this Paragraph 6, the parties shall adopt goals, with timeframes and deadlines, for the additional partnership school similar to the goals, timeframes and deadlines which that apply to the original Partnership Schools shall apply prospectively to the added schools as if this Agreement had become effective on the date they are addedSchool.
