Additional Searches. Does the project require additional search information e.g. Environmental, Historical Mapping, Geological, Flood, UXO searches, others? Please provide any requirements below and we will provide a fee:
Additional Searches. UCC‑11 searches and other Lien searches showing no existing security interests in or Liens on the applicable Collateral other than Permitted Liens;
Additional Searches. In addition to any searches required pursuant to Sections 2.8.1, 2.8.3, and 2.8.4, Lender may at any time request additional UCC, judgment, lien, bankruptcy and litigation searches with respect to the Property, Borrower, and Mortgage Borrower; provided, however, that any such request shall not be made more than four (4) times in any calendar year and that no Advance shall be conditioned upon Lender’s receipt of the searches.
