Common use of Additional SEC Documents Clause in Contracts

Additional SEC Documents. Until all Registrable Securities issued or issuable to the Investor pursuant to this Agreement may be sold by the Investor without registration and without any time, volume or manner limitations pursuant to Rule 144(k) (or any similar provision then in effect) under the Securities Act, the Company shall, as and when the originals thereof are submitted to the SEC for filing, notify the Investor in writing of any SEC Documents furnished or submitted to the SEC, and upon the request of the Investor the Company shall deliver to the Investor copies of all SEC Documents so furnished or submitted to the SEC.
