Additional Security and Further Assurances. (a) Each Obligor shall, and the Parent shall procure that each member of the Group shall, at its own expense, promptly take all such action as the Agent or the Security Trustee may reasonably require for the purpose of perfecting or protecting any Finance Party’s rights with respect to the Security intended to be created or evidenced by the Security Documents.
