Additional Security; Continuation of Security Interest Sample Clauses

Additional Security; Continuation of Security Interest. The security interest in Collateral granted pursuant to this Agreement is in addition to any and all other security or similar interest heretofore or hereafter granted by the Debtor to the Secured Party; and the security interest granted pursuant to this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until each and every Obligation is fulfilled and satisfied, without being subject to recovery by any Person.
