Common use of Additional Securityholders Clause in Contracts

Additional Securityholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any Person, the Company, with the consent of the holders of a majority of the Investor Securities, may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a “Securityholder” under this Agreement by obtaining an executed joinder to this Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a “Securityholder” party to this Agreement.

Additional Securityholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any PersonCompany, the Company, with the consent of the holders of a majority of the Investor Registrable Securities, may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a “Securityholder” holder of any particular category of Registrable Securities under this Agreement by obtaining an executed joinder counterpart signature page to this Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a “Securityholder” holder of such category of Registrable Securities and party to this Agreement.

In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any Person, the Company, with the consent of the holders of a majority of the Investor Securities, Company may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a “"Securityholder” " under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Securityholder Shares and an executed joinder counterpart signature page to this Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a “"Securityholder” " party to this Agreement.

In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any PersonCompany, the Company, only with the consent of the holders of a majority of the Investor Registrable Securities, may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to receive all of the rights and obligations of a “Securityholder” holder of any particular category of Registrable Securities under this Agreement by obtaining an executed joinder counterpart signature page to this Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a “Securityholder” holder of such category of Registrable Securities and party to this Agreement.
