Common use of Additional Senior Notes Clause in Contracts

Additional Senior Notes. Senior Notes in the aggregate principal amount of U.S.$250,000,000 are being initially issued pursuant to this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture. The Company may issue additional Senior Notes under this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture (the “Additional Notes”). The Senior Notes and any Additional Notes subsequently issued shall be treated as a single class and, unless otherwise specified, all references to Senior Notes shall include the Additional Notes for all purposes under the Indenture and this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture, including, without limitation, waivers, amendments, redemptions and offers to purchase.
