Additional Services and Compensation. The Fund may with the consent of ADM decide to employ ADM to perform additional services and special projects which are not covered by this Agreement, such as proxy solicitation, proxy tabulation or special research. In such circumstances, the terms and conditions under which ADM will perform such services and the compensation it will receive will be set by mutual agreement.
