Common use of Additional Services Compensation Clause in Contracts

Additional Services Compensation. 4.3.1 With respect to any Additional Services, as described in Article 7 herein, performed by the Design Consultant hereunder, the Design Consultant and Owner shall negotiate an equitable adjustment to the Basic Services Compensation.
