Additional Services Obligations of Vendor. As a part of performing the Services under the Agreement and this Exhibit C, Vendor shall: 2.2.1. ensure that Adjusters who do not meet the applicable requirements are prohibited from providing Services; 2.2.2. provide qualified and credentialed Adjusters to provide Services as directed and assigned by Citizens; 2.2.3. provide management and oversight of Adjusters providing Services to ensure satisfactory performance; 2.2.4. coordinate and monitor work assignments and perform routine performance evaluations of Adjusters and applicable Vendor Staff; 2.2.5. at Vendor’s expense, ensure Adjusters possess the required equipment and utilize Citizens’ current software, including estimatics, to successfully perform the Services; 2.2.6. if determined necessary by Xxxxxx, or at Citizens’ request, promptly remove any Vendor Staff from Citizens’ property and any work assignments; and, at Citizens sole discretion, replace removed staff with qualified and credentialed Vendor Staff within seventy-two (72) hours; 2.2.7. as required by Citizens, provide Services after Business Hours, during weekends, and on holidays; 2.2.8. provide internal training personnel and resources to ensure Vendor Staff are adequately trained to successfully perform the Services; 2.2.9. ensure that all Vendor Staff performing Services have a unique, Citizens- approved login and password to submit information into the applicable Citizens’ systems; 2.2.10. ensure that an Adjuster provided as a Committed Adjuster is not assigned to provide services to Citizens under any other agreement except pursuant to written permission from Citizens; and, 2.2.11. in the case of a Catastrophe Deployment and in addition to Vendor’s other obligations related to the same as further described in the Agreement, once the Deployment Notification has been issued by Citizens, Vendor shall assign a catastrophe claims service manager (“Catastrophe Claims Service Manager”) when there are twenty (20) or more Adjusters deployed to a single Citizens’ designated catastrophe area. The Catastrophe Claims Service Manager shall be responsible for Quality Assurance and oversight of the Adjusters deployed at the Citizens’ designated catastrophe area and shall serve as the single point of contact for Citizens’ management. There shall be no additional compensation for the Catastrophe Claims Service Manager. Notwithstanding the foregoing requirements, a Catastrophe Claims Service Manager shall be deployed only at Citizens request. If not deployed to the catastrophe area, the Catastrophe Claims Service Manager must be available, full-time and must be located in the State of Florida (not to exceed fifty (50) miles from the designated catastrophe area) and shall support the catastrophe area for period of time as solely determined by Citizens.
