Additional Services or Features Clause Samples

The "Additional Services or Features" clause defines the terms under which a party may request or receive services or features beyond those originally specified in the main agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting such extras, how they will be priced, and any approval or documentation requirements. For example, if a client needs extra support hours or new software modules not included in the base contract, this clause governs how those requests are handled. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for expanding the scope of work, ensuring both parties understand how additional needs will be addressed and compensated.
