Common use of Additional Services Provided at the Expense of the Fund Clause in Contracts

Additional Services Provided at the Expense of the Fund. The Adviser agrees, at the expense of the Fund, (i) to assist in the preparation of all required tax returns of Fund, (ii) to prepare and submit reports to the Board, (iii) to assist in the periodic update of the Fund’s registration statement and (iv) to assist in the preparation of reports to be filed with the SEC and other regulatory authorities.
