Common use of Additional Services Reports Clause in Contracts

Additional Services Reports. ‌ Whenever possible, reports of additional services provided by the Artist shall be submitted to the Theatre, for payment to the Artist within one (1) week of the additional services being rendered. Additional services fees not disputed by the Theatre and in arrears of more than one (1) month are subject to a one (1%) percent late charge per month. For the purpose of ascertaining whether there is a discrepancy between the amount invoiced and the amount paid to the Artist by the Theatre, the Theatre agrees, upon request, to provide a detailed breakdown of its payment to the Artist and/or Equity.
