Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:
Additional Fees The Borrower has agreed to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger additional fees, the amount and dates of payment of which are embodied in the Fee Letter.
Final Settlement The Parties agree and acknowledge that this Compromise Agreement shall constitute a final settlement between the Parties. This Compromise Agreement resolves only issues addressed in the Compromise Agreement.

Such Transaction Fee and additional amounts, if any, shall be included in the calculation of the Cash Component or Cash Redemption Amount payable or to be received, as the case may be, by the Participant in connection with the creation or redemption order.

C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period.
