Common use of Additional Shares of Stock Clause in Contracts

Additional Shares of Stock. In the event additional shares of Stock are issued by the Corporation to a Stockholder or otherwise purchased or acquired by a Stockholder at any time during the term of this Agreement, either directly or upon the exercise or exchange of securities of the Corporation exercisable for or exchangeable into shares of Stock, such additional shares of Stock shall become subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement.
