Additional Shares of Stock. In the event additional shares of voting capital stock of the Company are, at any time during the term of this Agreement, issued to an Investor or a Common Holder, such additional shares shall automatically become subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement and shall be voted in accordance herewith.
