Additional Shares or Substituted Securities. In the event of any transaction described in Sections 10 or 11 of the Plan, any new, substituted or additional securities or other property which is by reason of any such transaction distributed with respect to the Shares shall be immediately subject to the Right of First Refusal, but only to the extent the Shares are at the time covered by such right.
