Additional Spice Services Sample Clauses

Additional Spice Services. Network shall provide Affiliate with ninety (90) days' prior written notice of any additional Spice Service that Network intends to develop and launch after the Effective Date (or, if the circumstances do not permit such notice, as soon as reasonably practicable), and together with such notice shall provide a description of such additional Spice Service and a programming schedule for a one month period for such Service. None of the programming contained in each additional Spice Service that Affiliate elects to distribute and that is provided to Affiliate hereunder shall exceed the limitations or otherwise be more explicit than programming that complies, in all respects, with the Partial Edited Standards.
