Additional Stipulations. This section 15.1 supplements the other provisions of these General Terms of Service, which remain fully applicable to Consumers.
Additional Stipulations. While the University standards interpreted through the department criteria constitute the minimum University stipulations, departments may propose additional or more particular stipulations. If departments wish to propose additional or more particular requirements, these shall be developed in accordance with the procedures employed in establishing the Department Policy Statement. Departments that write such stipulations should consider the effects of the changes, if any, upon probationary faculty hired prior to the changes.

Additional Stipulations. The weekly working hours for the student on a practical placement are, as a rule, to be based on the standard number of hours worked by those employed by the institution in accordance with the standard tariff agreement.

In cases of physical impossibility to make the Exam at the time, stated by the present contract offer, including those of force majeure, the Examination center has right to change the date of the Exam, defined by the present contract, with notification to the Test taker.
9.2. All notifications and messages related to the Exam, can be done by the Examination center by means of e-mail to the address of the Test taker, listed in his application. Subject the mail or e-mail addresses change, or in case of other impossibility to get notifications thereon, the Test taker will immediately notify the Examination center, otherwise notifications and messages, sent by the Examination center to the last available addresses, shall be deemed duly submitted
9.3. Services of the Examination center for administration of the Exam are duly rendered in the absence of written grounded claims/appeals from the Test taker during the day of the Exam.
9.4. All disputes out of the present contract are settled under procedure of current statutory. Dispute settlement procedure under the present contract is binding.
9.5. Parties are liable for failure to properly fulfil the present contract in compliance with the existing legislation of RF.
Additional Stipulations. (1) TENANT must arrange and pay for carpets to be professionally cleaned and sprayed for fleas (if pet resided on property) upon move out and provide LANDLORD with receipt.

Additional Stipulations. 3.8.1 The contractor must be available for occasional consultation during the Plan adoption process if requested by the county, to be paid by the county at the rate specified on the Cost Proposal Form.
3.8.2 In addition to carrying out the basic outreach activities needed to meet FEMA requirements (costs to be included in the proposal), the contractor must be available to make additional 1-hour, in-person presentations, related to any aspect of the Hazard Mitigation Plan at a rate separately specified on the Cost Proposal Form. When such a presentation request is made by the county, the cost will be paid by the County. Any requests for presentations from local units of government are to be arranged independent of this contract and will not be paid for by the County. However, the County expects the Contractor to honor the same rate for local units of government as would be charged the county.
Additional Stipulations. 20 a. During the term of this Agreement, the Department will continue work in key areas designed 21 to provide relief to class members. Key initiatives currently in progress include:
22 1. Continued collaboration on enhancements to triage—in order to identify and assess the 23 most acute class members for expedited admission to a treatment facility, the Department 1 will train and distribute the complete guidebooks for prosecutors and defense attorneys as 2 well as jail mental health staff.
3 2. Continued development and implementation of the Forensic Data System—in order to 4 further streamline the evaluation process and enhance the data tracking abilities of the 5 Department’s forensic services the Department will deploy the new data system. The Court 6 Monitor has been engaged as a member for the advisory committee for the build and testing 7 of each of the 15 modules of the system.
8 3. Pilot of Telehealth solutions—The Department continues work to establish and test secure 9 videoconferencing links between the state hospitals, forensic evaluators, and county jails 10 that will allow greater capacity to conduct timely forensic evaluations. The Department is 11 coordinating with judges to xxxxxx acceptance of this technology.
12 4. Prosecutorial Diversion—The Department continues work with its three pilot sites to 13 improve diversion options for class members.
Additional Stipulations. 1. All buildings shall be LEED Certified.
2. The Development shall include a low-impact design with the following:
a. Energy efficient LED parking lot light technology;
b. A minimum 6,000 square foot experimental area of permeable pavement will be constructed within the Development;
c. Biodetention or low-impact practices in storm water management including the development of a variety of bioswales/bioretention for storm water management;
d. Utilization of native species plantings;
e. Drip irrigation systems; and
Additional Stipulations. 1. Positions that have been changed shall be negotiated during the year of the change and retroactive to the inception of the change. New or reinstituted activities shall not be instituted until the stipend has been negotiated.
2. When a new club is adopted by the Board on the basis of a specific proposal from any teacher(s) within the Federation, the club shall not be posted and the teacher(s) who proposed the club shall be automatically appointed as advisors at the club’s inception. When said teacher(s) cease(s) to serve as advisor(s), due to either resignation or removal, the club shall thereafter be posted. This provision shall not apply to any new club adopted as a result of a proposal from the District.
3. For every coaching, extra-curricular, additional, athletic supervision and chaperoning assignment, primary consideration shall be given to teachers unless no teacher is qualified for the position.
4. Effective July 1, 2018, any teacher whose responsibilities include the hiring of and/or approval of compensation for fellow teachers shall be appointed after consultation with the Federation. The Superintendent or his/her designee shall retain sole discretion to appoint such positions.
5. The parties agree to form a joint Federation-District committee, which committee shall aim to conclude its work by June 30, 2018, to review the procedures whereby compensation under the terms of Article X is approved and issued. For the purposes of this committee, the Superintendent and one member of the administrative unit shall convene with the Federation’s President and Chief Negotiator.
6. The newly negotiated maximum daily and overnight trip coordinator rates shall not apply to any overnight trip for which the final costs have been publicly promulgated and/or collected as of January 31, 2018 unless the monies previously promulgated and/or collected are sufficient to meet the new rates without incurring additional charges for students.
