Common use of Additional Stock Incentive Clause in Contracts

Additional Stock Incentive. As additional consideration for entering into this Agreement and in exchange for agreeing to the restrictions in Section 8 herein, the Executive shall receive an award of restricted stock of fifty thousand (50,000) shares of common stock pursuant to the Global Geophysical Services, Inc. Amended and Restated 2006 Incentive Compensation Plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable award agreement and this Agreement (including customary vesting based on continued employment over three years).

Additional Stock Incentive. Amended and Restated 2006 Incentive Compensation Plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable award agreement and this Agreement (including customary vesting based on continued employment over three years).

Additional Stock Incentive. Amended and Restated 2006 Incentive Compensation Plan, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the applicable award agreement and this Agreement (including customary vesting based on continued employment over three years).
