Common use of ADDITIONAL SUB-CERTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL SUB-CERTIFICATIONS AND REPORTS. The Custodian shall provide to the Funds: (a) sub-certifications in connection with Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 certification requirements; and (b) periodic reports and reasonable documentation for delivery to the Funds’ Chief Compliance Officer in connection with Rule 38a-1 under the 1940 Act with respect to the Services and the Custodian’s compliance with its operating policies and procedures related thereto. The Custodian reserves the right to amend and update its sub-certifications provided hereunder from time to time in order to address changing regulatory and industry developments.
