ADDITIONAL SUBCONTRACTED SERVICES Sample Clauses
The 'ADDITIONAL SUBCONTRACTED SERVICES' clause defines the terms under which a party may engage third-party subcontractors to perform services beyond those originally specified in the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting, approving, and compensating such additional services, and may require written consent from the primary contracting party before any new subcontracted work begins. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for expanding the scope of work through subcontractors, ensuring that all parties agree on the terms and responsibilities associated with any extra services, thereby preventing misunderstandings or unauthorized work.
