Additional Subscriptions. If at any time the Corporation grants to its shareholders the right to subscribe for and purchase pro rata additional securities of the Corporation (other than securities described in subsection (2)(i) hereof) or of any other corporation or entity, there shall be no adjustments made to the number of Shares or other securities subject to the Warrants in consequence thereof and the Warrants shall remain unaffected.
