Common use of Additional Subsidiaries of the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Additional Subsidiaries of the Borrower. The Companies covenant and agree that they shall cause Subsidiaries of the Borrower created or acquired after the date of this Agreement and any other Subsidiaries in each case as required to join this Agreement under the terms of the Credit Agreement, to join in this Agreement and subordinate to the Senior Debt all Subordinated Indebtedness owed to any such Subsidiary by any of the Companies or by any other Subsidiary hereafter created or acquired and joined to this Agreement, such joinder to be effected under the Guarantor Joinder in the form of Exhibit 1.1(G)(1) to the Credit Agreement.
