Common use of Additional Subsidiary Lessees Clause in Contracts

Additional Subsidiary Lessees. Any direct or indirect Subsidiary of DTAG (each a “DTAG Subsidiary”) shall have the right to become a “Lessee” under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement by complying with the provisions of Section 28.1 of the Master Lease and the provisions of this Section 4.17. In the event a DTAG Subsidiary desires to become “Lessee” under this Agreement, then the Guarantor and such DTAG Subsidiary shall execute and deliver to the Series 2005-1 Letter of Credit Provider and the Trustee:

Additional Subsidiary Lessees. Any direct or indirect Subsidiary of DTAG (each a “DTAG Subsidiary”) shall have the right to become a “Lessee” under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement by complying with the provisions of Section 28.1 of the Master Lease and the provisions of this Section 4.17.
