Common use of Additional Subsidiary Lessees Clause in Contracts

Additional Subsidiary Lessees. Any “Permitted Lessee” (as defined in the Master Lease) that is a subsidiary of DTAG shall have the right to become a “Lessee” under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement by complying with the provisions of Section 28.1 of the Master Lease and the provisions of this Section 4.17. In the event a Permitted Lessee desires to become a “Lessee” under this Agreement, then the Guarantor and such Permitted Lessee shall execute and deliver to the Series 2010-3 Letter of Credit Provider and the Trustee:
