Common use of ADDITIONAL TAXES, LEVIES AND OUTGOINGS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL TAXES, LEVIES AND OUTGOINGS. If at any time, the Promoter is liable to pay any amount on account of statutory taxes, outgoings and/or impositions including Goods and Service Tax, the Allottee(s) shall be liable and agree(s) to make payment of the amount on account of such statutory taxes and outgoings and to keep the Promoter, harmless and indemnified against all such tax and outgoings and all costs, charges and expenses in respect thereof.

If at any time, the Promoter is liable to pay any amount on account of statutory taxes, outgoings and/or impositions including Goods and Service Tax, the Allottee(s) shall be liable and agree(s) agrees to make payment of the amount on account of such statutory taxes and outgoings and to keep the Promoter, harmless and indemnified against all such tax and outgoings and all costs, charges and expenses in respect thereof.
