Additional Technology Provisions Sample Clauses

The "Additional Technology Provisions" clause sets out specific terms and conditions related to the use, management, or integration of technology within the scope of the agreement. This may include requirements for software compatibility, data security measures, or protocols for technology updates and support. By clearly outlining these expectations, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings regarding technological responsibilities and ensures both parties are aligned on how technology will be handled throughout the relationship.
