ADDITIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS CAPACITY Sample Clauses
The 'Additional Telecommunications Capacity' clause defines the terms under which extra telecommunications services or bandwidth can be provided beyond the original agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting additional capacity, any associated costs, and the timeframe for delivery. For example, if a business experiences growth and needs more phone lines or internet bandwidth, this clause governs how those needs are met. Its core function is to ensure that both parties have a clear, agreed-upon process for scaling telecommunications services, thereby preventing disputes and ensuring business continuity.
