Additional Tenancy Terms. The Agreement might include further clause(s) which the landlord agrees with the tenant. Any such other clause cannot go against, or say something different from, any other clauses in the Agreement which are mandatory clauses. The mandatory clauses in the agreement appear in bold type (which is darker than the normal typed wording).
