Additional Terminating Event. The Owner shall have the right to ---------------------------- terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the Manager in the event Xxxxxxxxxx shall die, become permanently or temporarily disabled or shall cease for reasons beyond his control to be actively involved in performing, on behalf of the Manager, the Development Functions and the other obligations and undertakings of the Manager hereunder. The Owner shall also have the right to terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the Manager in the event the Owner shall elect for any reason whatsoever not to acquire the Land.
