Additional Termination Rights for an Enrollment or Affiliate Registration Form. 1. Mid-term termination for non-appropriation of Funds. Enrolled Customer may terminate an Enrollment or Affiliate Registration Form without liability, penalty or further obligation to make payments if funds to make payments under the Program Agreement, Enrollment or Affiliate Registration Form are not appropriated or allocated by the Enrolled Customer for such purpose. 2. Additional terms and conditions relating to the expiration or termination of an Enrollment or Affiliate Registration Form, and Enrolled Customer rights upon expiration or termination, are set forth in the applicable Program Agreement, Enrollment or Affiliate Registration Form.
