Additional terms and covenants regarding Default by Allottee. (i) In case of Default by Allottee under the condition listed above in 9.3 (ii) the Promoter shall have an option to pay the same directly to the bank account of the Allottee provided at the time of application form and this Agreement shall thereupon stand terminated and the same shall be and deemed to be sufficient discharge of the Promoter in respect of payment of such amount.
