ADDITIONAL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1. This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2012, and remain in effect through June 30, 2013. This Agreement may be modified only with the written consent of both parties. Any party hereto may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause upon written notice thirty (30) days in advance of the desired date of cancellation.
