Additional Tests a. Testing and inspecting agency shall make additional tests of concrete when test results indicate that slump, air entrainment, compressive strengths, or other requirements have not been met, as directed by Engineer.
b. Testing and inspecting agency may conduct tests to determine adequacy of concrete by cored cylinders complying with ASTM C42/C42M or by other methods as directed by Engineer.
1) Acceptance criteria for concrete strength shall be in accordance with ACI 301 section 1.6.
Additional Tests. Where there exists other evidence that in the judgment of Grantor casts doubt upon the reliability or technical quality of Cable Service, the Grantor shall have the right and authority to require Grantee to test, analyze and report on the performance of the Cable System. Grantee shall fully cooperate with the City in performing such testing and shall prepare the results and a report, if requested, within thirty (30) days after testing. Such report shall include the following information:
(A) the nature of the complaint or problem which precipitated the special tests;
(B) the Cable System component tested;
(C) the equipment used and procedures employed in testing;
(D) the method, if any, in which such complaint or problem was resolved; and
Additional Tests. Vendor, with the advice of and in conjunction with Owner and EPC Contractor, shall conduct (i) two SFINCS interim milestone tests (as set forth in Exhibit C), (ii) a reliability test (“Reliability Test”) and (iii) a SFINCS operational test (“SFINCS Operational Test”) as set forth in Schedule 2 to Exhibit C “Methodology for Assessment of Predicted Performance for the Ivanpah Project.” Vendor shall advise and assist Owner with respect to evaluation of the Solar Field and SRSG performance in connection with the Capacity Test and Heat Rate Test (as defined in and conducted pursuant to the ECC) of the power block as set forth in Schedule 2 to Exhibit C.
Additional Tests. If the wheel-lock sequence test indicates that the rear wheels lock before the front wheels, then the vehicle:
(a) Will be subjected to additional testing, as follows:
(i) Additional wheel-lock sequence tests; and/or
(ii) Torque wheel tests (see Appendix 2) to determine brake factors To generate adhesion utilization curves; these curves shall satisfy the requirements in paragraph 3.1.(A) of this annex.
(b) May be refused type-approval.
Additional Tests. Additional tests covered by the membership plan and ordered at the physicians sole discretion are limited to Rapid strep screening test for group A streptococcal infection, HIV, CBC, CMP, Prostate Specific Antigen, TSH, Free T4 and T3.
Additional Tests. Subject to clause 8.3(b) or, where applicable, a direction by AEMO to the contrary, Western Power may require the Service Provider to conduct Tests in addition to those required by the Services Schedule if:

Additional Tests. Farmers may request additional testing through Milk Department. Samples will be collected by the driver and results reported in accordance with the timelines for official test results. The costs associated with this additional service may be charged to the Farmer. Due to the sample collection being ‘on request’ we cannot guarantee the timeliness of the driver collecting a sample.
Additional Tests. Where there exists other evidence which in the judgment of the Town casts doubt upon the reliability or technical quality of Cable Service, the Town shall have the right and authority to require Grantee to test, analyze and report on the performance of the Cable System. Events that may lead to a requirement for additional testing include three (3) or more citizen and/or Grantor complaints related to the reliability or technical quality of the Cable System and/or Cable Service over a ninety (90) day period, two (2) or more outages affecting at least four (4) Subscribers over a thirty (30) day period, or comparable issues impacting reliability and technical quality issues. Grantee shall fully cooperate with the Town in performing such testing and shall prepare the results and a report, if requested, within thirty (30) days after testing. Such report shall include the following information:
(A) the nature of the complaint or problem which precipitated the special tests;
(B) the Cable System component tested;
(C) the equipment used and procedures employed in testing;
(D) the method, if any, in which such complaint or problem was resolved; and
(E) any other information pertinent to said tests and analysis which may be required.
Additional Tests. (a) The Concessionaire shall not be entitled to carry out more than ten (10) repetitions of any test conducted pursuant to the Section 7.1.1 to satisfy the minimum criteria for achieving the Commercial Operations Date; provided, however, that no test undertaken by the Concessionaire shall be counted against such ten (10) tests if the Concessionaire is prevented from completing the test due to a reason attributable to the Grantor or a lack of transmission capacity on the PRENOS Transmission System.
(b) The Concessionaire shall give the Grantor not less than three (3) Days notice of each additional test it desires to attempt.
