Additional Usage Metrics. Client may request an increase to the Usage Metrics at any time during the Subscription Term. The additional Usage Metrics shall be applied, for the benefit of Client, to the remainder of the Subscription Term. The fees for such additional Usage Metrics shall be determined based on Neotas’s then-current price list, terms, and conditions in effect at the time of the request.
Additional Usage Metrics. Customer may purchase an increase to a Usage Metric during the Subscription Term of the Order by executing a variation to the Order or an additional Order. The term of each addendum or additional Order will be co-terminus with the then-current Subscription Term of the Order and all fees shall be prorated accordingly. Upon renewal or extension of the Subscription Term for an Order, all Usage Metrics added to the Order under this clause prior to renewal will be consolidated into the renewal or extension Order.
