Additional Use Restrictions. Except as otherwise provided in the General Terms and Conditions, Voice Service may only be used at Service Location(s) where such service is installed by Comcast. Customer understands and acknowledges that if Customer attempts to install or use the Comcast Equipment or Voice Service at another location, Voice Service, including but not limited to 911/E911, may fail to function or may function improperly. It will be considered a material violation of this Agreement if Customer moves Voice Service to another location without first notifying Comcast. Customer expressly agrees not to use Voice Service for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting or fax blasting, or for any other use that results in excessive usage inconsistent with standard commercial calling patterns. If Comcast determines, in its sole discretion, that Customer’s use of Voice Service is excessive or in violation of this Agreement, Comcast reserves the right, among other things, to terminate or modify Voice Service immediately and without notice.

Additional Use Restrictions. The following additional use restrictions apply to Education Products:
a. Institution shall not use or permit Authorized Users to use the Education Products for Consulting or any other form of commercial or profit-generating activities.
b. Institution shall not use or permit Authorized Users to use the Education Products in violation of the Export Compliance provision of the Master Agreement, which includes authorizing use, access, or transfer to denied parties, entities, and individuals on any US government sanctioned lists.
c. Except where permitted herein, Customer shall not transfer, redistribute, or assign Education Products to any third party without the prior written permission of Esri. Notwithstanding, Value-Added Applications that permit anonymous use may be used by third parties provided that no Named User credential is assigned to the third party and/or no Education Product is installed on a computer owned by a third party.
Additional Use Restrictions. Unless otherwise permitted in the GCP Service Specific Terms, Customer will not (a) use, and will not allow End Users to use, the Services to operate or enable any telecommunications service, or to place or receive calls from any public switched telephone network, including as part of a Customer Application; or (b) use the Services to provide a hosting, outsourced, or managed services solution to unaffiliated third parties, except as part of a Customer Application that provides value distinct from the Services.

Use of licenses for specific EDA Software may be restricted to a certain compute power (e.g., number of cores used to process a job) and several licenses may be combined to utilize the compute power of each license for use by one or more Authorized User(s). These restrictions are specified in the Documentation.
Additional Use Restrictions. (i) AVEVA Workflow Management Developer Edition Software Use and Restrictions.
a. The AVEVA Workflow Management Developer Edition license:
i. is limited to one (1) development seat;
ii. is limited to a specified number of Client Connections;
iii. is strictly limited to non-production purposes; and
iv. allows only a specific number of concurrent active workflows to be executed. The Software stops accepting more workflows if concurrency limits are exceeded - i.e. if more than the allowed number of workflows are either waiting or running.
Additional Use Restrictions. Unless otherwise permitted in the Google Workspace Service Specific Terms, Customer will not use, and will not allow End Users to use, the Services to place or receive emergency services calls.
