Using the Services. Please review the Twitter Rules, which are part of the User Agreement and outline what is prohibited on the Services. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Our Services evolve constantly. As such, the Services may change from time to time, at our discretion. We may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services or any features within the Services to you or to users generally. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time. In consideration for Twitter granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that Twitter and its third-party providers and partners may place advertising on the Services or in connection with the display of Content or information from the Services whether submitted by you or others. You also agree not to misuse our Services, for example, by interfering with them or accessing them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Services: (i) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, Twitter's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Twitter's providers; (ii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures; (iii) access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by Twitter (and only pursuant to the applicable terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Twitter (NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of Twitter is expressly prohibited); (iv) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information; or (v) interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by ...
Using the Services. (a) The Customer must not:
(i) use the Services for any use other than the Permitted Use;
(ii) permit any person (including Customer personnel) to use the Services for any use other than the Permitted Use;
(iii) permit any unauthorised person to use the Services; or
(iv) resell, resupply, repackage or reverse engineer the Services.
(b) The Customer must notify Vix immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of the obligations in clause 1.2(a) and must cooperate with Vix to immediately investigate and/or rectify the breach.
Using the Services. 5.1. You agree to comply with any and all guidelines, notices, operating rules, policies and instructions pertaining to the use of the services and/or access to the Website, as well as any amendments to the aforementioned, issued by Lapasar, from time to time. Lapasar reserves the right to revise these guidelines, notices, operating rules and policies and instructions at any time and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on the Website.
5.2. Lapasar shall endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect the Buyer, Seller, Lapasar, Website and/or services and Lapasar reserves the right to refuse any request to use, remove any access to, disapprove and block any use or attempt to use the services if it may result in any potential confidentiality, security, legal risk or other risks.

Using the Services. 5.1 You are responsible for the way the service(s) are used. You must not do any of the following acts or allow anyone else to do the following acts in relation to the service(s):
a. Send a message or communication that is offensive, abusive, defamatory (damages someone's reputation), obscene, menacing or illegal;
b. Cause annoyance, nuisance, inconvenience or needless worry to, or breach the rights of, any other person;
c. Perform any illegal activity;
d. Break, or try to break, the security of anyone else's equipment, hardware or software;
e. Deliberately receive, use, own, post, transmit or publish obscene material;
f. Upload, download, post, publish or transmit any information, material or software that is protected by copyright or other ownership rights without the permission of its owner;
g. Copy, distribute, attempt to disassemble, decompile, create derivative works of, reverse-engineer, modify, sub-license, or use for any other purposes any software or equipment we provide;
h. Use any service(s) (including, but not limited to, phone service(s)) for commercial or business purposes;
i. Use any Internet Protocol (IP) address that we have not assigned to you. Put simply, you may not use the service(s) to harm the service of another internet user or impersonate another user, whether on our network or external to our network. You acknowledge that we may change your Internet Protocol (IP) address from time to time without giving you notice;
j. Use the service(s) in a way that: (i) risks degradation of service levels to other customers; (ii) puts our system at risk; and/or (iii) is not in keeping with that reasonably expected of a residential customer. If we believe that you are using the service(s) in any of these ways, we are entitled to reduce, suspend and/or terminate any or all of the service(s) without giving you notice.
5.2 You must, at all times, make sure that the way you use the service(s) does not break the law.
5.3 The service(s) and equipment are provided for residential use only and the following acts are not permitted:
a. copying or recording all or any part of the television services except as may be permitted by law for your own private, domestic and non-commercial use (and if this kind of copying becomes illegal in the future you must stop doing it)
b. re-selling, or making any charge for watching or using, all or any part of the television services or

Using the Services. 5.1 You must use the Services and ensure your End Users use the Services in accordance with this Agreement, all applicable law (including regulatory codes of practice) and our instructions on using the Services. You are responsible for anyone who uses your Equipment.
5.2 You must tell us immediately if the information you have provided to us (for example, information about the status of your business, your name, address, bank account or payment details) is inaccurate or changes.
5.3 You must not use your Equipment or the Services (or allow them to be used) for any purpose which could reasonably be regarded as abusive, improper, immoral, offensive, illegal, fraudulent, or which is a nuisance, hoax, menacing, indecent, racist, obscene or defamatory. We may report such incidents to the police or any other relevant official organisation.
5.4 The Equipment and the Services which we provide you will be configured for our standard security settings. Any change to or interference with these settings by you and/or any authorised or unauthorised third party leading to misuse, fraud or any other unlawful activity shall be your responsibility and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of same.
5.5 You must not sell to anyone else all or any part of the Services without our written agreement.
5.6 You must not do anything which causes the Network to be impaired or damaged.
5.7 You must not modify Equipment or Services (including any software and/or integral safety features) we have supplied to you except in accordance with the manufacturer’s published specification, applicable law or with our prior written permission.
5.8 We will choose numbers for you to use with your Equipment on the Network. The number does not belong to you and will remain property of Vodafone until we transfer your number to another service provider. If you decide to move to another network operator, and wish to retain your mobile and fixed line telephone numbers allocated to you by us, we shall transfer those telephone numbers to the new network operators in accordance with ComReg regulations (including any relevant timescales).
5.9 Any SIM Card we provide remains our property. The software in the SIM Card does not belong to you and we are licensing it to you only for use with the Services and only for as long as we have agreed to provide the Services to you. Using the Services. (1) Customer(s) understands and agrees that Customer is responsible for the way that Service(s) are used. Customer shall not use the Service(s) or allow any person to use the Service(s):
(a) To send any message or communication that is threatening, abusive, defamatory, abusive, offensive, obscene, menacing or illegal or use the Service(s) in a manner which causes anxiety or inconvenience to or infringes the rights of any other person.
(b) Fraudulently or in connection with criminal offence or for any other purpose prohibited by law.
(c) To post, publish or transmit any message, data, image, program, material or software which would violate the property rights of others, including unauthorized use of copyrighted text, images, programs, trademarks or service marks, trade secrets or other proprietary information.
(d) In any manner or for any purpose to circumvent, frustrate or diminish TSTT’s or any other telecommunications service provider’s right to provide telecommunications services;
(e) In such a way to avoid or reduce payment of TSTT’s standard charges for Service(s).
(f) In a manner which TSTT reasonably believes adversely affects the provision of Services to TSTT’s other Customers.
(g) In any manner to transmit voice or data communications by any means other than those established and/or approved by TSTT and the relevant regulatory authorities in Trinidad and Tobago.
Using the Services a. You are responsible for anyone who uses your mobile services, which are only for your personal non-commercial use.
b. You must not use your mobile services for any purpose we believe is abusive, illegal, fraudulent, a nuisance or for criminal activities. For more information on using our services and restrictions please review our Acceptable Use Policy.
c. Excessive usage for unlimited data or calls. We reserve the right to suspend or throttle the service if we have reason to believe that the SIM card is being used for commercial purposes, fraudulently or is having an adverse impact / damaging our network in any way. The longest single call you can make is 3 hours.
d. We will choose a number for you to use with your mobile device on the network. If you have an existing number, we will provide the opportunity for you to move it over to VOXI. However, we reserve the right to change your phone number if needed - if you have registered with us, we will let you know if this is the case.
e. The phone number, SIM card and software in it does not belong to you and we are licensing it to you to use with the services only. We may change your SIM card or tell you to return it at the end of this Agreement.
Using the Services. 3.1 The customer may not use the Services for illegal purposes, and shall ensure that third parties do not do this either. The customer is not authorized to share the data and information received in the context of using the Services with third parties for commercial purposes, or to further process these.
3.2 The customer shall bear the costs of any misuse of the Emergency Call Service.
3.3 The BMW ConnectedDrive agreement between BMW and the customer, as well as the Services booked by the customer, are linked to the vehicle and cannot be transferred to another vehicle or be used in another vehicle.
Using the Services. 5.1 The User agrees to use the Services for personal and noncommercial purposes only and subject to those purposes being permitted by (a) the Agreement; and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
5.2 The User must not access (or attempt to access) any of the Services other than through the interface for the Services made available by Samsung. Without limiting the foregoing, the User must not access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including scripts or web crawlers).
5.3 The User must comply with all instructions made available to the User in connection with the Services.
5.4 Certain Services may automatically download and install updates from time to time from Samsung. Such updates may be in various forms, including bug fixes, enhanced or new functions or features, new software modules and completely new versions. The User agrees to receive such updates (and permits Samsung to deliver such updates to the User) as part of the Services.
5.5 The User must not engage in any activity that causes interference with or disruption to the Services or any servers or networks that are connected to the Services.
5.6 The User must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services (or any part of them).
5.7 To the extent permitted by law, the User is solely responsible for any breach of the User's obligations under the Agreement and for the consequences of any such breach, including any loss or damage which Samsung or any third party may suffer. Samsung will have no responsibility to the User or to any third party in respect of such breach.
5.8 To the extent permitted by law, for any Service that may require consent of the User before such Service is available to the User, the User, by consenting to such Service, shall be solely responsible for any loss or damage that may raise from using such Service and Samsung will have no responsibility and liability to the User or to any third party in respect of the use of such Service by the User.
Using the Services. 3.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access and use the Services or the Facilities.
3.2 You agree not to misrepresent your identity or your account information. You warrant that all data provided by you to us is correct, accurate, current and complete.
3.3 To the full extent permitted under any applicable law, Skippers at Dundee declines any responsibility for any acts or omissions made by a minor with or without a parent or guardian's permission. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may only access the Services or the Facilities with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, with prior approval by Skippers at Dundee.
3.4 You must only use the Services or the Facilities in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws.
3.5 By entering this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
(a) You understand that only the number of persons specified in the Booking will be permitted to attend Skippers at Dundee unless previously authorised by Management.
(b) You will not smoke in any interior area of the Facilities. You agree that smoking is only permitted in the designated areas of the Facilities.
(c) You will not light any fires on the Facilities.
(d) You understand that security cameras are installed for 24-hour surveillance in the common areas of the Facilities for the protection and security of Guests. You will not tamper with or conceal these cameras. You consent to our use of the surveillance.
(e) You engage with the Services or the Facilities at your own risk and responsibility.
(f) You understand the risks involved in using the Equipment, and you do so at your own risk.
(g) You agree to indemnify us for any and all loss or damage you suffer as a result of or associated in any way with your use of the Services or the Facilities.
3.6 When accessing and using the Facilities, you understand and agree that:
(a) You will adhere to the Skippers at Dundee Guest Guidelines;
(b) Only Guests are permitted to use the Equipment;
(c) You will not remove any linen that has been supplied by Skippers at Dundee from the Facilities. Any linen removed will incur charges for replacement plus handling and relabelling costs.
