Common use of Additional War Zone Expenses Clause in Contracts

Additional War Zone Expenses. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Schedule IV, and subject as provided in Clause 28 of the Agreement, all extra expenses incurred by Contractor (in relation to Insurances) if the Vessel is required to trade in areas where there is war or, as determined by the insurers of the Vessel, a warlike situation (de facto or de jure) shall be reimbursed by Customer to Contractor, provided that, if practicable, Customer shall be given an opportunity of signifying its approval before such expenses are incurred.
