Common use of Additional Warrant Clause in Contracts

Additional Warrant. As additional consideration for Warrantholder’s exercise of the Warrant in accordance with the terms of the Warrant and this Amendment, the Corporation hereby issues to Warrantholder a warrant to purchase forty-one thousand six hundred sixty-seven (41,667) shares of Common Stock in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Additional Warrant”).

Additional Warrant. As additional consideration for Warrantholder’s exercise of the Warrant in accordance with the terms of the Warrant and this Amendment, the Corporation hereby issues to Warrantholder a warrant to purchase fortythirty-one thousand six two hundred sixty-seven fifty (41,66731,250) shares of Common Stock substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Additional Warrant”).

Additional Warrant. As additional consideration for Warrantholder’s exercise of the Warrant in accordance with the terms of the Warrant and this Amendment, the Corporation hereby issues to Warrantholder a warrant to purchase fortyeighty thousand twenty-one thousand six hundred sixty-seven (41,66780,026) shares of Common Stock in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Additional Warrant”).

Additional Warrant. As additional consideration for Warrantholder’s exercise of the Warrant in accordance with the terms of the Warrant and this Amendment, the Corporation hereby issues to Warrantholder a warrant to purchase forty-one thousand six hundred sixty-seven two thousand five hundred (41,66762,500) shares of Common Stock substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Additional Warrant”).
