ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES/OBLIGATIONS. 13.1 PSC warrants that it performs each PSC Service using reasonable care and skill and according to the current description (including any completion criteria) contained in this AGREEMENT. Client agrees to provide timely written notice of any failure to comply with this warranty so that PSC can take corrective action.
