Common use of Additional Warranty Clause in Contracts

Additional Warranty. Unless required by this Agreement, the Company will not pass resolutions at the shareholders’ meeting or the Board of Directors on the matters listed in Article 9.1 and Article 10.3(1)-(17) of the Shareholders Agreement before the Delivery Date without prior written consent of Guohong No.2
